Dairy Free Blueberry Ice Cream
 
 
This no churn dairy free blueberry ice cream is so creamy and easy to make.

Ingredients
  • 16 ounce bag frozen blueberries
  • 14 ounce can full fat coconut milk
  • ½ cup powdered xylitol
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
  1. Put xylitol in blender and blend on high until it turns into powdered sweetener.
  2. Add rest of ingredients and blend on high until smooth.
  3. Pour into freezer safe container.
  4. Put in freezer for 4 hours stirring it every hour.
