Fajita Marinade for Beef, Pork, or Chicken
 
 
This fajita marinade works well with beef, chicken, or pork.

Ingredients
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup Tamari sauce
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon oregano
  • ⅛ - ¼ teaspoon dry mustard
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cumin
Instructions
  1. Add olive oil, Tamari sauce, lime juice, apple cider vinegar, garlic, cayenne, oregano, dry mustard and cumin to a gallon sized zip-lock bag.
  2. Add 3 pounds meat of your choice and seal the bag.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Cook meat as desired.
