Baked Cauliflower - Gluten Free
 
 
This vegetable dish is very versatile and goes well with most main dishes.

Ingredients
  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • ½ cup melted butter (cow or goat)
  • all purpose rice crumbs
  • salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Cut the cauliflower into florets.
  2. Steam the florets for 5 minutes.
  3. Place cauliflower florets into glass baking dish and coat with melted butter. Top with rice crumbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes until lightly browned.
  5. Serve immediately.
