Ingredients
  • 1 gluten free pizza crust - I used Sami's Bakery pizza crust
  • olive oil
  • oregano
  • sliced olives
  • sliced red onion
  • spinach leaves
  • grape tomatoes
  • sliced mushrooms
  • crumbled goat feta cheese
Instructions
  1. Brush gluten free pizza crust with olive oil.
  2. Season with oregano.
  3. Add sliced toppings - olives, red onions, grape tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach.
  4. Then add some crumbled goat feta cheese.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
