This homemade all purpose seasoning is the perfect way to add flavor and zest to chicken, fish, pork, vegetables, and quinoa.
Using store bought all purpose seasoning can be tricky for someone with food allergies. A lot of times sugar, gluten, yeast, etc. is added and it is not always very clear what all the ingredients are so I generally do not use any pre-made combined spice mixes.
I found myself pulling out the same spices for many dishes and decided it was easier to combine them into one all purpose seasoning mix. I use it as a dry rub on baby back ribs, on roasted chicken or any kind of chicken, fish, vegetables and quinoa.
