Recently Rod and I went to the Egg & I for breakfast. I decided to try their kale cooler and was pleasantly surprised. It was sweet and refreshing. Naturally I decided to try making some at home.
This juicing recipe is very simple. All you need is 6-8 stalks kale, 2 stalks celery, 1 cucumber, 1 apple, and 1 small lemon peeled.
Juice everything in your juicer and serve.
- 6-8 stalks kale
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 apple - Granny Smith or Fuji
- 1 cucumber
- 1 small lemon - peeled
- If you prefer a less sweet drink use the Granny Smith apple. However, if you like a more sweet drink use a Fuji apple.
- Juice everything in your juicer.
- Serve immediately.
