Mean green juice is surprisingly very good. My husband, Rod, recently decided to get a juicer. He has been trying to eat more vegetables, and what better way to do this than juicing?
Well, I was not a big fan of juicing. With my food allergies I am very limited in what fruit I can eat. So I am picturing these very grassy tasting juices. Yuck.
However, I was pleasantly surprised with this mean green juice recipe we came up with. The green apple gives it that little sweet taste it needs to not seem like you are eating grass. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
