What better way to celebrate the Holidays than with some fresh spiced cranberry juice.
Rod makes some kind of fresh juice almost every day with his juicer. So yesterday I decided to treat him with my spiced cranberry juice.
It is very simple and refreshing with only four ingredients: fresh cranberries, a Fuji apple, two small navel oranges, and a little ginger added for a little spice.
- 12 ounces fresh cranberries
- 1 large Fuji apple
- 2 small navel oranges
- 1 inch fresh ginger
- Peel oranges and ginger. Cut up apple.
- Juice in juicer. Stir and serve.
- Optional: Sprinkle a little cinnamon on top before serving.
