Venison chili is my sister’s favorite chili. In fact, when she makes chili it generally is with deer meat.
So when my mom gave me some deer meat the other day I cooked up some chili. When I asked my sister what she puts in her chili she said: “Oh, a little of this and a little of that.” This led me to change up my regular recipe just a little.
I think this venison chili recipe turned out really good.
