This delicious side dish of paleo roasted cauliflower coated in thyme, tarragon, and turmeric pairs well with roasted salmon, or baked chicken and a salad for a well balanced meal.

Ingredients
  • 1 large head cauliflower about 2 pounds
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 and ½ teaspoons dried thyme
  • 1 and ½ teaspoons dried tarragon
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
Instructions
  1. Cut cauliflower into florets.
  2. Pour olive oil, sea salt, thyme, tarragon, and turmeric in a gallon ziplock bag. Add cauliflower and close the bag. Make sure most of the air is out of the bag.
  3. Shake the bag until all the cauliflower is coated with olive oil and seasonings. Use your hands to move the florets around if needed.
  4. Pour cauliflower on foil lined baking sheet.
  5. At 425 degrees cook for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Serve hot
