Bell Pepper Salad

- 1 each red, yellow, and orange bell pepper
- ½ small red onion
- 5-6 multicolored cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon filtered water
- 1 and ½ teaspoons caraway seeds
- ⅛ teaspoon sea salt
- Deseed bell peppers and slice lengthwise into thin slices. Thinly slice red onion and cut tomatoes in half.
- In small bowl mix oil, vinegar, water, salt, and caraway seeds.
- In large bowl toss bell peppers, onion, and tomatoes with dressing to coat.
