Sugar Free Cucumber Lime Popsicles
 
 
With only 15 calories per popsicle you can enjoy as many of these refreshing sugar free cucumber lime popsicles this summer as you want without feeling guilty.

Ingredients
  • 1 seedless English cucumber
  • juice of 2 limes
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1 teaspoon liquid stevia
  • cayenne pepper
Instructions
  1. Peel cucumber, cut into cubes and put in blender.
  2. Add lime juice, water, and liquid stevia to blender. Blend until smooth. It will foam up in the blender.
  3. Let sit for about 30 minutes to let the foam go down. Gently stir before pouring into molds.
  4. Sprinkle cayenne pepper in bottom of each mold before pouring mixture in. The amount of cayenne will depend on how fiery you want the popsicles to be. I used less than half of ⅛ teaspoon altogether (yes, I'm a wimp). Or you can leave the cayenne out if you prefer.
  5. Pour the cucumber/lime mixture into molds, add the popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours.
