Sugar Free Peppermint Hot Chocolate

Serves: 2 servings
- 2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
- 4 teaspoons xylitol
- 2 teaspoons cocoa
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- ½ teaspoon peppermint extract
- coconut milk whipped cream
- In a saucepan whisk the coconut milk, xylitol, cocoa, vanilla, and peppermint extract on medium heat until well mixed and heated through.
- Pour into two coffee mugs.
- Top with coconut milk whipped cream.
- Serve immediately. Makes enough for two regular sized coffee mugs.
