Gluten Free Taco Soup
 
 
This delicious soup makes a quick and easy dinner for cold winter days.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound hamburger meat
  • 28 ounce can petite diced tomatoes
  • 15 ounce can black beans - drained
  • 2-3 cups gluten free broth
  • ¼ cup unsweetened plain goat kefir
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 and ½ teaspoons each freeze dried dill, chives, parsley
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
  1. Brown hamburger meat in soup pot.
  2. Add tomatoes and drained black beans and stir.
  3. Add seasonings, broth and goat kefir and stir until combined. Bring to a light boil. Turn heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes.
  4. Top with grated goat cheddar and sliced avocadoes.
  5. Enjoy!
