This vegan pumpkin smoothie is the perfect way to start your day.

Ingredients
  • 1 and ½ cups unsweetened coconut milk
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree or raw pumpkin cut in small chunks
  • 1 and ½ tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon xylitol
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon cloves
  • 8 ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients in a blender - I use my nutri-bullet.
  2. Blend on high until smooth.
  3. Pour into glass and serve.
