Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  • ½ cup gluten free rolled oats
  • ⅔ cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • ½ apple cored and cut into chunks
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pecans
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 0-2 full droppers liquid stevia
Instructions
  1. Mix oats, coconut milk, pecans, vanilla, stevia, and cinnamon in pint jar.
  2. Cover with lid and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Add chopped apple in the morning and enjoy.
  4. Optional: Add a few chopped pecans and sprinkle a little cinnamon top.
