Breakfast Kefir

- ⅓ cup unsweetened goat kefir Vegan and Paleo diet use unsweetened plain coconut milk yogurt
- ¼ cup my sugar free blueberry sauce
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped walnuts or chia seeds
- Stir kefir and blueberry sauce together.
- Sprinkle chopped walnuts or chia seeds on top.
- Enjoy.
