Ranch dressing … even sugar free ranch dressing … is a household staple here in Texas. Not only is it used as a dressing on salads, but as a dip for veggies or crackers, a marinade for chicken or other meat, and added to sauces, soups etc.
It’s a very easy recipe and can be whipped up in no time. Homemade means the nuances of flavors will change slightly depending on what ingredients you use. I opted for unsweetened plain goat kefir instead of buttermilk in this recipe giving it a slight tangy flavor. You can easily exchange it with plain coconut milk yogurt if your vegan or following the Paleo diet.
Parsley, chives, and dill are the focal point of this creamy sugar free ranch dressing though lending it a fresh vibrant taste.
- 1 cup Grapeseed oil Vegenaise
- ½ cup unsweetened plain goat milk kefir
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons dill
- 1 tablespoon chives
- 1 tablespoon chives
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- ½ teaspoon ground mustard
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- Mix all ingredients together in medium bowl.
- Transfer to dressing container and serve.
