Ingredients
- 1 and ¼ cups xylitol
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 and ½ cups Lily's chocolate chips
Instructions
- In blender pulse cocoa powder and xylitol until blended.
- Add Lily's chocolate chips and stir to mix.
- Divide into two pint jars. Attach recipe to lid with ribbon.
- For hot chocolate:
- Heat one cup of unsweetened coconut milk in microwave for one minute.
- Add three teaspoons cocoa mix and ¼ teaspoon vanilla. Stir until blended and chocolate chips have melted then serve.
- Serve hot
