Chocolate hazelnut overnight oats make a delicious and healthy breakfast. In fact, they have become my favorite breakfast and are very addictive.
That shouldn’t be a surprise though since these overnight oats have chocolate and hazelnuts in them. I mean, who doesn’t like chocolate and hazelnuts. Overnight oats are so easy to make and perfect for those who do not have time to make breakfast in the mornings.
Chocolate Hazelnut Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- ½ cup gluten free rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons chopped hazelnuts
- 1-2 tablespoons almond or hazelnut butter
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- optional: 1-2 full droppers liquid stevia
Instructions
- In a pint jar mix together the coconut milk, stevia, vanilla, chia seeds, cocoa powder, and almond butter.
- Add the nuts and rolled oats and stir to mix.
- Put air tight lid on and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4-6 hours.
