Gluten Free Tamari Chicken Wings

This time of year is filled with parties and get togethers where appetizers abound, some fancy and some very simple, but all very delicious.  For some of us with food allergies this can present quite a challenge.

What do I bring and will anyone like it?

So many people have this preconceived idea of food tasting funny when they hear gluten or sugar free.

Well, these gluten free chicken wings are the perfect appetizer to take to your party.  With less than 5 ingredients and no gluten or sugar added, they are very easy to make and will be a crowd pleaser at any party.  No one will even miss the gluten and sugar.

These gluten free chicken wings have less than 5 ingredients and are very easy to make.

Ingredients
  • 1 and ½ pounds chicken wings
  • Tamari sauce
  • garlic powder
  • black pepper
Instructions
  1. Line rimmed cookie sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
  2. Place the chicken wings on cookie sheet. Sprinkle them with garlic powder and pepper to taste.
  3. Gently pour some Tamari sauce over the chicken wings to coat them.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour until crispy and cooked through. Turn the chicken wings over half way through.
