Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower about 2 pounds
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 and ½ teaspoons dried thyme
- 1 and ½ teaspoons dried tarragon
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
Instructions
- Cut cauliflower into florets.
- Pour olive oil, sea salt, thyme, tarragon, and turmeric in a gallon ziplock bag. Add cauliflower and close the bag. Make sure most of the air is out of the bag.
- Shake the bag until all the cauliflower is coated with olive oil and seasonings. Use your hands to move the florets around if needed.
- Pour cauliflower on foil lined baking sheet.
- At 425 degrees cook for 20-25 minutes.
- Serve hot
