As promised, here is my sugar free fudgesicle recipe. These are super easy to make. All you need is canned full fat coconut milk and my chocolate sauce.
Dump all ingredients in sauce pan and stir over low heat until coconut oil is melted and the chocolate sauce is smooth. If needed, let it cool slightly before pouring into mold. Then pour into popsicle molds and freeze for 6 hours for a batch of homemade popsicles.

Ingredients
- 2 cups canned full fat coconut milk
- 1 up cocoa powder
- ½ cup coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
- 2 teaspoons liquid stevia
Instructions
- Dump ingredients into small sauce pan.
- Stir over low heat until smooth and coconut oil is melted.
- If needed, let cool a little before pouring into mold.
- Pour into popsicle molds and insert popsicle sticks.
- Freeze for at least 6 hours before serving.
- Run lukewarm tap water over mold for 15 seconds then wiggle the popsicle out of the mold.
